About me

She sowed in my mind the idea that reality is not only what we see on the surface; it has a magical dimension as well and, if we so desire, it is legitimate to enhance it and color it to make our journey through life less trying.

Celebrate your Story...with me

My name is Federica
(you can call me Fedi), let me tell you a little bit of my own story…
CONTACT ME
Born and raised in Turin, where I studied Acting in a theater school and mastered in Foreign Languages. In the meanwhile, After 1.55 years spent in Minneapolis (US), where I worked as italian teacher, I came back to Italy and became a Cerimoniere (a celebrant for cremation related ceremonies) for the Crematory of my town.

I was responsible for managing and leading the farewell ceremonies – funeral, but mostly handling and giving urns to families. Together with my colleagues, I also had to greet people, talk to them about their wishes for the ceremonies, answer their questions, check their documents, and so on.
Despite my dedication to this role, I decided to quit to follow another dream: living by the seaside.
But it was 2020, and the pandemic came. The following year I was finally able to move to Sardinia - Cagliari first, then in Ogliastra, where I worked in the wedding field.

Meanwhile, I completed the Corso di Formazione per Celebranti by the italian association FederCelebranti (Richard Brown, Clarissa Botsford, Liana Moca), starting my journey as a humanist celebrant.

Today, I occasionally celebrate any kind of ceremony in Sardinia and Italy. I can also serve as English interpreter for civil weddings.
I started a collaboration with Somewhere Crazy for elopement in Sardnia, and with Sailover for ceremonies on sailing boats.

My Values as a Celebrant

Stop and honor those special MOMENTS of your life

A “moment of passage” is something separated from daily life, when you stop to honor a change in your personal, social or family status. A day that you will always remember, sharing memories and feelings with people close to you.

Create UNION among those who share memories and values

A rite of passage has a social meaning, as it redefines social roles. Even when you don't attend, a celebration is a chance to bring people together, to support each other; and it invites to show respect for each other's choices.

Write, compose, share and give value to your own STORY

You are unique, because your history makes you so. The celebration of a special moment reflects your past and your choices, and it is a further step into your future. We’ll look at that to customize a ceremony for this specific moment.

Guarantee AUTHENTICITY, without any improvisation

We will prepare your ceremony in advance, but it won’t be a performance. Nothing is improvised, but everything is authentic, because stories and people are real. The creation of a “script” lets us reduce issues and distractions.
